This Privacy Policy explains how RedBall Academy collects, utilizes, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

When you interact with the App, we collect the following data:

• Account Registration Data: Username, a 10-digit mobile number, email address, and an encrypted password.
• Booking Data: Information regarding the services you book, the timeslots you select, and your booking history.
• Teammate Data: If you act as a "Host" to add teammates, we collect their Name and Email Address to add them to your session and optionally create stub profiles for them in our system.
• Payment Data: While the App facilitates payments (e.g., via Razorpay), we do not store your complete credit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers. Financial data is securely processed directly by our payment partners.
• Usage and Device Data: We may securely store session identifiers (via React Native Async Storage) to keep you logged in.

2. How We Use Your Data

We utilize the collected information to:

• Process and manage your sports service bookings.
• Communicate with you regarding booking confirmations, cancellations, and administrative updates.
• Facilitate the invite of teammates to participate in sessions.
• Ensure the safety and security of the platform by preventing fraudulent transactions and monitoring user roles.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Infrastructure: Your data is securely hosted and processed using Google's Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Firebase Realtime Database).
• Security Measures: We use industry-standard encryption for authentication. Your passwords are not stored in plaintext; they are securely hashed by Firebase Auth. Local session tokens are kept in Async Storage.
• Administrators: Only authorized RedBall Academy administrators have access to overarching databases for schedule and user management.

4. Third-Party Services

We employ the following third parties, who maintain their own stringent privacy standards:

• Firebase (Google): For database management and secure authentication.
• Razorpay: For secure payment processing.

5. User Rights and Data Deletion

• Access and Correction: You may view and update your profile information within the App.
• Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data. When a teammate is removed from a session by a host, non-authenticated placeholder profiles may be permanently deleted from our databases. 6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data and booking history as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide you with the App's services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
